Woodhouse Day Spa

Unique Features 

The space features over 5,000 square feet of luxurious spa finish out, unique a high quality trim and millwork, and custom doors and finishes. The space is contained in a first generation shell building and is the Austin area’s second Woodhouse Franchise.

Narrative 

Tyson Blanchard has begun construction on Cedar Park’s first Woodhouse Day Spa, a rapidly expanding spa franchise from Victoria, TX.

Muve Health Office

Description

Doctor’s offices to accompany brand new surgical and rehab center in a first generation building in Lakeway, Texas.

Narrative

Tyson Blanchard was brought on early during the design process to value engineer and offer open book bidding and negotiation with the property owner’s and Muve Health’s corporate office. Construction is underway.

The Shops at Lakeline

Description

Location: Cedar Park, Texas
Size: 7,150 sf building and site work
Budget: $1,200,000+

Unique Features 

The site features two building pad sites with site and civil work, 7,150 square feet of new retail space, expansion space of 3,000 square feet, and a public de-acceleration lane.

Narrative 

Tyson Blanchard was brought on as consultants in early 2017 to value engineer the project, complete site and civil work, and facilitate the construction of the building in mid-late 2017 as the projects general contractor.

The Village at Kirby Springs

Design Build – Design by Brice Architectural Group

Shell Retail Building with wood framing and lvl trusses. Designed to connect to existing site utilities and to be finished out at a later date.

Narrative

Tyson Blanchard has begun a design build for two new ground-up shell buildings in a retail development and center in Dripping Springs Texas.

Currently, Tyson Blanchard is facilitating a design build for the shell portion of the project and is in the design phase. Once complete, TysonBlanchard will begin work on the second shell building which is 5,940 square feet.

Schlitterbahn Corpus Christi

Unique Features 

The project features 25+ acre waterpark, 140,000+ square foot hotel, conference, and entertainment facility, as well as a 9-hole golf course and one of-a-kind facilities.

Narrative 

Tyson Blanchard’s key management team was deployed to Corpus Christi in late 2015 and was focused on assisting Schlitterbahn Development Group with the project management of their over 200 in-house construction and design employees. Tyson Blanchard was charged with hard-bidding many scopes and successfully worked with SDG to bring the design-build project to completion.

Wayback Burgers

Description

Unique Features

2,400 square feet of kitchen, dining, office, and bathroom space in North Cross Center in Central Austin.  The project required special coordination with Wayback’s Franchise vendors and installers, and featured street demolition to install a grease trap, as the space was first-generation.
